The Titans except for Beast Boy and Robotman are in the Devolving Pit. Madame Rouge watches as her soldiers destroy Zandia. She takes pride knowing no country will come save Zandia as its a country where all its citizens are criminals.
The team is insistent on Beast Boy joining them, but he refuses. Instead, Beast Boy starts to attack. He realizes soonafter that he is very outnumbered and overpowered. Flashback of the destruction of the original Brotherhood of Evil and how the Brain and Mallah survived. Beast Boy decides that it would be beneficial to join the Brotherhood of Evil to stop Madame Rouge and General Zahl.
Zandia has fallen. The Titans have all reverted to a primitive state; Robotman is the only one who it didn't work on. Before Madame Rouge can make her next move, Beast Boy and the Brotherhood of Evil show up. Zahl and Zahl's armies show up to be backup for Madame Rouge; a fight breaks out. While the Brotherhood of Evil and Zahl's armies are fighting, Madame Rouge makes a run for it. Beast Boy stops her before she can get far.
Robotman is trying to defend himself against the devolved Teen Titans.
While Robotman is trying to survive, the fighting continues elsewhere. Houngan is fighting an enemy when Robotman uses Victor's blasters to break open the pit. The Titans return to themselves and Zahl feels a sense of doom. Mallah is hurt and Raven spends time healing him. Victor gets distracted and falls off the edge of Zandia. He holds onto the ledge and pulls himself up. Because Mallah won't stop killing soldiers, Raven takes her leave. Warp has overexert his powers. Zahl makes a run for it, but stops long enough for Robotman to catch up to him.
Robotman vs Zahl is occuring at the same time as Madame Rouge vs Beast Boy. Zahl pulls a gun on Robotman, but the bullets ricochet off Robotman and kill Zahl. Madame Rouge is running away from Beast Boy. He throws her into a machine and it kills her. She thanks him for freeing her and warns that they're all going to die. He runs to warn the others.
The fighting is still going on. Sensing Beast Boy's distress, Raven alerts the others of the deaths of Zahl and Madame Rouge.
Beast Boy runs into the Brain; they warn their allies. They use Warp's powers to escape. Zandia is destroyed. Apart of their deal, Beast Boy lets the Brotherhood of Evil escape. Steve Dayton appears and he griefs the Doom Patrol alongside Beast Boy.
